Daily responsibilities.

• Creates and manages tasks in ClickUp/Asana/Monday.com — daily priorities, status updates, deadline tracking
• Social media management — scheduling posts, writing captions, responding to comments, basic graphic creation in Canva
• Data entry and CRM maintenance — keeping contacts clean, updating pipeline stages, logging call notes
• Client communication support — drafting Slack messages, preparing client updates, maintaining communication logs
• Research — competitor analysis, market research, vendor comparison, lead list building
• Document preparation — proposals, reports, presentations, spreadsheets
• Travel and event coordination — booking, itinerary creation, vendor outreach
