What this person does

Daily responsibilities.

  • Cold email outreach — writing sequences, managing campaigns in Instantly.io or Smartlead, tracking open/reply rates
  • LinkedIn outreach — connection requests, personalized messaging sequences, Sales Navigator research
  • Lead qualification — using BANT framework (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) to qualify inbound and outbound leads
  • Appointment setting — booking discovery calls on Calendly, sending confirmations and reminders, tracking show rates
  • CRM management — maintaining pipeline hygiene in GHL or HubSpot, updating deal stages, logging all touchpoints
  • Lead research — building prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and ZoomInfo
  • Follow-up sequences — designing and executing multi-touch follow-up cadences (email + LinkedIn + phone)
  • Reporting — weekly pipeline reports: leads contacted, replies received, calls booked, show rate
