- Cold email outreach — writing sequences, managing campaigns in Instantly.io or Smartlead, tracking open/reply rates
- LinkedIn outreach — connection requests, personalized messaging sequences, Sales Navigator research
- Lead qualification — using BANT framework (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) to qualify inbound and outbound leads
- Appointment setting — booking discovery calls on Calendly, sending confirmations and reminders, tracking show rates
- CRM management — maintaining pipeline hygiene in GHL or HubSpot, updating deal stages, logging all touchpoints
- Lead research — building prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and ZoomInfo
- Follow-up sequences — designing and executing multi-touch follow-up cadences (email + LinkedIn + phone)
