Daily responsibilities.
- Manages your entire GoHighLevel account — pipelines, contacts, workflows, calendars, and reporting
- Builds and maintains automation workflows — lead nurture sequences, missed-call text-back, appointment reminders, review requests
- Creates and optimizes funnels and landing pages inside GHL
- Handles Twilio/phone system setup, A2P 10DLC compliance, and call forwarding configuration
- Sets up and manages email campaigns — templates, sequences, deliverability monitoring (Mailgun/SMTP)
- Configures calendar booking — round-robin, buffer times, appointment types, booking widget embedding
- Manages reputation — Google review request automation, review response templates, monitoring dashboard
- Maintains sub-accounts for your clients — clean naming conventions, snapshot management, user permissions
- Troubleshoots common GHL issues — workflows not triggering, emails going to spam, calendar sync failures, duplicate contacts
- Generates weekly/monthly reports on pipeline health, conversion rates, and campaign performance
