Why Mycelium exists

Mid-sized US agencies hit a wall around eight to twelve clients. Founders end up running operations themselves because freelance VAs aren’t trained on the tools that actually run the work — GoHighLevel, automation platforms, agency reporting stacks. Hiring full-time staff in the US is too expensive for the workload. The gap is operational, not strategic.

Mycelium Tech closes that gap. We run a structured training program in GoHighLevel, AI automation, and the workflow patterns US marketing agencies depend on. We hire the top graduates of every cohort and deploy them as dedicated specialists — supervised by a team lead, accountable to a published SOP, replaceable inside 48 hours if something doesn’t fit.
