Daily responsibilities.
- Designs and builds automation workflows on Make.com and Zapier — connecting GHL to Google Sheets, Slack, email, CRMs, and 100+ other tools
- Sets up AI chatbots on GHL — conversational AI for lead qualification, appointment booking, and FAQ handling
- Configures AI voice agents (Vapi/Synthflow) — AI receptionist, outbound call sequences, appointment confirmation
- Builds AI-powered content workflows — automated social media posting, AI-drafted email sequences, automated reporting
- Creates custom GPTs/Claude assistants for internal team use — trained on your SOPs, brand voice, and client data
- Identifies automation opportunities — audits your current workflows and recommends where AI/automation can replace manual work
- Documents all automations in an Automation Registry — trigger, action, expected outcome, troubleshooting steps
- Monitors automation health — checks for failed runs, broken connections, and data sync issues weekly
